A space to reconnect with ourselves through movement and music. Backed by neuroscience, this workshop is all about finding our rhythm and using our bodies to help us let go of stress and tension, and regulate our nervous system. Saturdays 22 March, 29 March and 5 April, 9:30am - 10:30am

In this session led by Luisa Aissa Dean, we’ll tap into the transformative power of music—specifically, the beats and rhythms of electronic music. We’ll journey through various BPMs and tempos designed to help you get out of your head and into your body. This isn’t about dancing with a group; it’s about tuning in to your own unique rhythm and finding freedom through movement.

MIM Tools:

Feel the Beat

We’ll explore how different tempos can influence your movement, allowing you to unlock tension and stress held in your body.

Release and Regulate:

Learn how to use rhythm to let go and reconnect with your nervous system. You'll discover techniques that you can easily use in every day life.

Listen to Your Body

This is your time to focus on what feels good for you, using music as a backdrop to help you access deeper parts of yourself.

Exercise

Great way to exercise and switch up your meditation practice!

Whether you’re looking to shake off stress or simply need a moment to breathe, this workshop offers a sanctuary where you can truly be yourself.

Let’s reconnect through the power of movement and music, and give yourself the gift of feeling more in tune with who you are.

See you on the D-floor!
