This class is for anyone looking to find the buzz from raving/partying without the hangover. Restoring balance in the body and enjoying the natural high!
We’ll work with the entire body to help regulate our nervous system and let go of stress, emotions and any tension stored in the body.
This method is for everyone, all ages and fitness abilities!
