MIM guides you in uncovering your innate rhythm, connecting you to the present moment, regulating your nervous system, and releasing stored stress, tension, and emotions from your body.

MIM immerses participants in a range of electronic music genres, with a special emphasis on percussion, beats per minute (BPM), and innovative song structures. From the energetic pulsations of House and Garage to the vibrant sounds of Afro-beats and the high-energy rhythms of Drum & Bass, each session offers a unique auditory experience that will awaken your body and senses.
The focus on the drum is intentional; the heart of rhythm, it serves as a powerful tool for grounding and connection. Participants will find themselves on a varied musical journey that not only encourages physical movement but also fosters emotional release and self-expression bringing safety and presence into the body.
