Piano students and teachers – take this opportunity to join international pianist and composer Daniel Verstappen in a masterclass working directly with students. Daniel will focus on technique, performance for concerts or exams, posture, rhythm and more. Wednesday 17 April, 1pm | PUĀWAI | $15/$10

If you would like to participate in the masterclass as a student, please book your ticket below, and email lucy@teatamira.nz to register your interest. Bring a piece you are working on which is ready to share. Be ready to learn, picking up tips and techniques for yourself as Daniel teaches you, and also from watching others take their turn.
Daniel Verstappen performs all around the world, and has performed with world-famous artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Ennio Morricone, Anastacia, Natalie Imbruglia, Amy MacDonald, Wyclef Jean, and Angie Stone. In this Reconnection Tour, under the heading Bridge Between Cultures, he combines his own work with traditional music and local artists, creating a connection with cultures in the countries where he plays.
His SONGBOOK RECONNECTION is used by many piano teachers in their lessons.
