Queenstown’s Margaret O’Hanlon has curated Canvas to Composition, a showcase of six local musical artists. Each musician has been tasked with composing original pieces or adapting existing works to complement specific visual artworks in the exhibition. Inspired by Lyrics and Lines, a Chartwell 50th Anniversary Project exhibition, you are invited to an unforgettable night of art and music.

During the event, the musicians will share insights into their creative process—discussing how they find inspiration, adapt melodies, and arrange sound to resonate with the unique vision of each visual artist. Audience members are invited to visit the gallery and explore the exhibition before the event.

Doors open at 6:30pm, with an onsite bar available.
